Freedom Museum Groesbeek

The Freedom Museum is located in the hilly countryside between Groesbeek and Germany. This area was battleground during operations Market Garden and Veritable. The building, twelve meters high, bears a strong resemblance to an enormous parachute. The Freedom Museum replaced the National Liberation Museum 1944-1945 in September 2019. In front is a Sherman tank.
