A parade, festival and club night for a boost for peace

On Sept. 21 and 22, Nijmegen will celebrate the liberation of the city for the 80th time with the Peace by Peace event. At a time when peace is fragile, a parade, a festival and a club night will give today's generations a two-day boost for peace. A boost that may be felt throughout the Netherlands.

Parade

Peace by Peace kicks off on Sept. 21 with a musical parade. Everyone who wants their voice to be heard is invited to dance for peace. A colorful procession will march through the center of Nijmegen toward the festival grounds that afternoon.

Festival

On Saturday, September 21 on the festival grounds at the Vasim in Nijmegen, after the Parade, the Peace by Peace Festival will take place for two days. At the festival, performances, theater, expos and talks will underscore the importance of peace and freedom.

Club Night

Where better to celebrate freedom than at a banging party? Several (nighttime) initiatives join forces for a nighttime program as sparkling as it is diverse.
